What are France's 'Talent residence permits'?

France's 'Talent residence permit', formerly called 'Passeport Talent', is a unique opportunity for non-EU nationals seeking to settle in France. This permit is designed for those who are likely to make a significant contribution to the country's economic development.

These residence permits offer key benefits:

  • Extended duration: Grant a residency permit for up to 4 years;

  • Family inclusion: Your immediate family members are automatically covered;

  • Simplified processes: Your bureaucratic procedures in France are simplified.

Jaake Avocats guides you through the options available and supports you with the process, whether you are currently outside France or already in the country.
