Personal data protection

Jaake Avocats collects and processes personal data from Internet users visiting its site in compliance with European Regulation n°2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR).

 

This processing is necessary in order to:

  • respond to requests for information made via the contact form;

  • manage requests for appointments with lawyers;

  • manage job applications submitted via the dedicated form.

 

This data processing is therefore necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Jaake Avocats.


The data collected is as follows: identity and contact data. Other information and personal data transmitted by the sender of a message on the aforementioned forms are only collected and processed by Jaake Avocats if they are provided voluntarily by the sender.

This data may be communicated to Jaake Avocats' employees and any of its partners, in particular those responsible for hosting the Site.

 

Jaake Avocats does not intend to transfer the data collected outside the European Union.

Jaake Avocats retains the data of individuals requesting information or requesting an appointment with a lawyer for a maximum period of three years from the date of collection or from the last contact from the person involved.

Data collected as part of job applications is kept for a maximum of two years from the last contact with the applicant. If a candidate's application is unsuccessful, he or she may request that his or her file be destroyed.

Data subjects have a right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing and right to object to the processing of information concerning them. They may exercise these rights by sending an email to the following address: contact@jaake.law
